Shipping Policy

We ship to all postal codes across India. This page summarises our shipping partners, expected delivery time, and our calculation of shipping charges.

Processing Time

As soon as we receive your order and the payment, we will start processing your order. Depending on the item(s) you ordered and the quantity, we may take between 0-3 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

Shipment Providers

Currently, we partner with IndiaPost and DTDC courier for shipping your orders. We ship through the DTDC courier only within Karnataka, as charges tend to be higher out of the state.

On the other hand, we ship with IndiaPost to any postal code in India. The shipping charges with the IndiaPost depend on the package's weight, regardless of the place to be delivered.

Shipping Charges

We calculate shipping charges based on the weight of your parcel and the delivery location (for DTDC courier only). We add an extra 20% of the cart weight to the total weight to account for packaging (sometimes, it will be more; we found that 20% is a good choice). The following list summarises the shipping charges:

• DTDC Courier to Bengaluru - ₹40/kg
• DTDC Courier to other parts of Karnataka - ₹50/kg
• IndiaPost to anywhere in India - ₹45/kg

Tracking Information

Once we ship your order, we will share the tracking information with you within one business day. You can use the tracking number to track your parcel by going to the provider's website.

Shipping Time

Most of the parcels shipped inside Karnataka will take around 3-4 business days to be delivered. Generally, it takes about 7-10 business days for other parts of India. Note that these estimates are worst-case scenarios. We often receive calls from customers saying that they received the package within a day or two after shipping.
