Triphala Powder

Triphala Powder is a combination of dried powders of three medicinal fruits - Amla (_Emblica officinalis_), Bibhitaki (_Terminalia bellirica_) and Haritaki (_Terminalia chebula_). Triphala powder is a popular formulation in the Ayurvedic system of medicine, prescribed to reduce inflammation of the body, helping in weight loss and controlling blood sugar levels.

## Usage Instructions
- Mix half teaspoon of Triphala Powder with a teaspoon of honey
- Add the mixture to a cup of lukewarm water
- Let it set for some time, and strain out the powder from the water
- Drink it in empty stomach in the morning
